- Requirements:
- A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Bahrain Consulate;
- A certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant company or an Extract from the Commercial Register duly legalized up to Bahrain Consulate; and
- Fifteen prints of the mark.
- A general POA may be used for subsequent filing.
- All the documents must be submitted at the time of filing. However, a faxed copy can be submitted together with the application form in order to secure filing number and date. The original legalized document can be filed within 90 days from the date of filing the application.

- Filing up to Examination: 12-14 months
- Examination up to Publication: 3-5 months
- Opposition Period: 60 days from the publication date
- End of opposition period up to issuance of registration certificate: 2-4 weeks
- Total estimated time frame: 18-22 months
The above time frame is for a normal/smooth processing of a trademark application, in case of no objections by the trademark examiner or no oppositions from a third party.
