- Requirements:
- A Power of Attorney simply signed and stamped with corporate seal, indicating the name and title of signatory;
- Twenty prints of the mark; and
- A certified copy of the basic registration, if convention priority is to be claimed.
- A separate power is required for each application or set of applications. A general power in French may be used for subsequent filings.
- POA could be filed belatedly at an extra cost.
- A certified copy of the basic registration must be submitted within 3 months of filing.
