- Requirements:
- A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to Qatar Consulate;
- A certified copy of the Extract from the Commercial Register or Articles of Incorporation or any equivalent document duly legalized up to Qatar Consulate; and
- Twenty prints of the mark.
- A general POA may be used for subsequent filings.
- POA and Certificate of Incorporation must be submitted at the time of filing.
- Priority document may be submitted within 6 months from date.
- Time frame:
- Filing up to Examination: 18-20 months
- Examination up to Publication: 2-3 months
- Opposition Period: 4 months from the publication date
- End of opposition period up to issuance of registration certificate: 1-3 weeks
