YES, a trademark can be registered in the name of more than one applicant. The requirements are the same as in the case of a single applicant.
All the documents must be submitted at the time of filing. However, a faxed copy can be submitted together with the application form in order to secure filing number and date. The original legalized document can be filed within 90 days from the date of filing the application.
