Everyone who participates in making a joint work, whereas the part of each cannot be separated, shall be equally considered as right owner of such work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
70 years + author’s lifetime starting from the beginning of the first calendar year following his death in case of common works.
95 years as from the date of first publication in case of audio-visual, collective and applied art works and works published under a pseudonym or without the mention of the name of the author unless the identity of the author becomes known during this period.
20 years starting from the first day of the Gregorian calendar year following the year in which the program was broadcasted for the first time for the broadcasting programs.
