POA, copies of representations of the design, and the description of each representation must be submitted at the time of filing while the copy of the priority document may be submitted within 3 months of filing date.

If the elements which make such a design a new one can be separated from the invention itself, then the inventor may benefit from both protections, provided that he pays the fees determined for each of these two processes.
